Runhub facilitates registration and payment workflows between organizers and participants. Event listings, venues, schedules, permissions, safety arrangements, and fulfillment are the organizer's responsibility.

Organizers must publish accurate event information and must not use Runhub for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity. Runhub may suspend listings that create a safety, compliance, or payment risk.

Payments are processed through our authorized payment partners. Runhub does not hold participant funds in an ordinary operating account. Settlement timing, platform fees, and applicable taxes are shown before an organizer enables paid registrations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Runhub is not responsible for organizer cancellations, event injuries, venue conditions, inaccurate listings, or services the organizer fails to deliver. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to Runhub for the affected service.
